nerve) lower blood pressure, maintain elasticity of the skin and encourage deeper breathing.
On your first appointment an abdominal massage is demonstrated to help take pressure off the
pelvic floor and prevent stretch marks.
Any following sessions, I finish instead with a facial massage using Wild Rose Beauty Balm,
as Rosehip oils is good for hormonal skin.

Treat a little one to a well deserved rime out for some relaxation. Choose how you'd like the massage session to be focused during consultation. For example; focus on just the back, or focus on the head, neck & shoulders.
